Details: The State Service for Emergency Situations noted that information is spreading in the mass media that currently beds have started to appear in places of heating and recharging for gadgets in Kyiv – the so-called Points of Overnight.

Literally DSNS: “Yes, there are indeed beds in the Security Service Points of the State Emergency Service. But they are primarily intended for people who need help in the event of an emergency or medical conditions.
At the same time, the main function of the Points of Resilience of the State Emergency Service is to provide people with the opportunity to charge their gadgets, warm up, drink hot tea, and also receive psychological support.
The State Emergency Service constantly monitors the situation and, if necessary, changes the format of work of the Points, taking into account the safety and real needs of people.”
Details: At the same time, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reports that the situation in Kyiv remains extremely difficult.
More than 90 heating points of the State Emergency Service work in Kyiv around the clock, additional heating tents are deployed directly in the courtyards of high-rise buildings, so that help is as close as possible to people. There, thanks to the cooperation of the State Emergency Service with the World Central Kitchen and the Red Cross, residents can also get a hot meal.
Given the need, it was decided to deploy additional large heating tents designed for at least 40 people.
What preceded: On January 19, Prime Minister Yuliya Svyridenko announced the introduction of Invincibility Support Points, which will work longer, have a supply of water, electricity and sleeping places. If necessary, the number of beds can be increased, Svyridenko noted.
