According to EU official documents, Vinokurov appears as an entrepreneur who works in the sectors of the economy, which is an important source of income for the Government of the Russian Federation. Vinokurov, who is the president of Marathon Group and the Magnet Magnet’s chief shareholder. In particular, he was one of the participants of the meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 24, 2022, immediately after the start of a full -scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine.
