In Kyiv, the project “Shelter.Robota” was presented – a platform on which internally displaced persons can find housing and employment opportunities.

The creators of the initiative told “UP. Life” about it.

According to Halyna Yanchenko, Member of Parliament and founder of the “Shelter” platform, the project became a new stage of the initiative, which was started three years ago. Over time, an additional need appeared in Ukraine – to find employment opportunities with housing.

“Our mission is to do everything to ensure that Ukrainians remain living and working at home, in Ukraine.” – explained Halyna Yanchenko.

At the presentation of the project, Mayor Vadym Boychenko noted that it is extremely difficult to build a life in a new place.

Mariupol is hundreds of thousands of people who started life from scratch. And such initiatives as “Shelter. Work” give a chance for a new start”, – believes the mayor, who received an award for courage and concern for people during the event.

Now on the website project, you can find more than 47,000 vacancies from businesses and government institutions.
