Details: Dobryak reported that there are still 7,200 people in the city, despite the lack of electricity, gas and water supply, which stopped in the summer. Despite the difficult conditions, several pharmacies operate in the city, the city hospital is in limited mode, one branch of “Ukrposhta” and several shops.

According to the head of the MBA, the evacuation of residents continues, but its format has changed.

Commenting on situations with people who cannot rent housing on their own: people of pre-retirement age, people with special needs, people with disabilities – Dobryak noted that this is a standard situation. “People are helped by their families, the state helps in the form of payments to IDPs, our humanitarian assistants give one-time aid in the form of 1,800 hryvnias,” Dobryak said. “The state will definitely not provide everyone with separate housing,” added the head of the administration.
