More than 300 people were killed due to explosives in Ukraine during a full -scale invasion, reports the State Emergency Service on the Day of Ministry of Education on April 4.

According to the department, since February 2022, 336 people were killed due to explosive objects, 18 of them have been killed. 825 people were injured, 92 of them.

“About 139 thousand square kilometers (23% of Ukraine’s total area) are potentially dangerous and require sappers,” the SES states.

The service specifies that in the highest risk zone – Ukrainians who live in frontline territories, as well as where hostilities were carried out.

SES sappers surveyed 1 746 square kilometers and destroyed 565 832 ammunition.
