Details: The SBU also noted that, in accordance with the law, investigators of the Security Service cannot report suspicions to current People’s Deputies of Ukraine. “Therefore, this information dump has nothing to do with reality,” the SBU emphasized.
Later, the Prosecutor General’s Office also stated that “widespread claims about the allegedly prepared or agreed-upon suspicion of a people’s deputy under the article “state treason”, which the SBU and OGP were supposed to hand over, do not correspond to reality.”
Literally OGP: “Currently, there is no evidence that could become the basis for such a procedural decision. The situation with regard to other persons mentioned in the material, in particular the heads of other law enforcement agencies, is similar.”
Details: At the same time, the OGP noted that in the presence of proper and legally confirmed grounds, decisions on suspicion will be made exclusively within the limits of the law.
