NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has no doubt that the financing of American weapons for the Armed Forces under the PURL program will be covered as planned.

Rütte did not specify who he expects to see as PURL donors. “But I am absolutely sure that the supply will continue and we will be able to raise enough funds for this,” the NATO Secretary General added.

“We will do everything possible to ensure the availability of funds,” he added.
