The SBU reported in absentia the suspicion of Russian actor Okhlobistin, who called for killing Ukrainians

The Security Service of Ukraine in absentia reported the suspicion of Russian actor Ivan Okhlobistin, who from the stage in the center of Moscow urged to kill Ukrainians.

According to the press service of the department, in September 2022 he became a headliner of a concert-dimension in Moscow, which was held on the occasion of the fake joining of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to Russia.

According to the investigation, then Okhlobistin called for the continuation of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, the murder of Ukrainians and the seizure of new Ukrainian regions.

In addition, the SBU has documented other performances of the person involved, where he agitated to spread the Kremlin regime throughout Ukraine.

“For public support for Rashism, including the military crimes of the occupying groups of the Russian Federation, the Kremlin regularly celebrates the persons involved in various awards as an ideological propagandist. The linguistic examination initiated by the security service confirmed the facts of the subversive activity of the attacker in favor of the aggressor country, ”the message reads.

Investigators of the Security Service reported Ohlobistin of suspicion under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

• Part 3 of Art. 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine);
• Art. 436 (propaganda of war);
• Part 3 of Art. 436-2 (justification, recognition legitimate, denial of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).

The investigation was conducted under the procedural guidance of the Attorney General’s office.

Ukrainian law enforcement officers regularly report suspicion to some former Ukrainian officials in the Russian Federation, on accusations of supporting a full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, justification of it or funding.
