According to the press service of the department, the SBU exposed the agents in advance and detained them “on hot” when they approached the explosives to the police unit.
According to the investigation, the defendants had to bring a homemade explosive device (SVP) to the state for committing the crime, and at this point Russian special services planned to remotely undermine the explosives with their agents.
The SBU notes that one of the executors of the Russian Federation is a 22-year-old resident of Kiev, who searched for “light money” in telegrams. It was recruited by an employee of the Russian game and gave a “test” task – to paste postcards with Russian propaganda fakes in the capital.
Subsequently, the agent was sent to Lviv to prepare a terrorist attack against Ukrainian law enforcement. She attracted her acquaintance of Kiev to the crime.
Investigators of the Security Service informed the detainees of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (State betrayal committed in the conditions of martial law). The suspects are in custody.
According to the Lviv police, on March 31 on the Red Kalina avenue near the building of the district police department, police noticed a man and a woman who behaved suspiciously – they had a bag in which law enforcement officers found a homemade explosive device.
Police of Lviv region intensified security measures near administrative buildings, which are priority objects of Russian attacks.

The Security Service of Ukraine regularly reports the detention of Russian agents, exposing and preventing terrorist acts prepared by the agents of special services of the Russian Federation, in particular at military and civilian facilities.
