- On June 27, the WACS partially granted the SAP’s request and appointed Alexei Chernyshov, who is suspected of abusing office and an undue benefit in particularly large amount, a detention measure in the form of a pledge of 120 million 2 thousand 668 hryvnia.
- The court also imposed a number of responsibilities on the Viceremier, in particular: to arrive at the request of the detective, the prosecutor and the court, to inform the change of place of residence and place of work, not to leave outside the territory of Ukraine, to refrain from communicating with other suspects and witnesses in the case.
- On July 2, it became known that for Chernyshov, 120 million hryvnias were made.
- At the same time, the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court did not dismiss the Viceremier from office for 2 months, as the detectives of the National Anti -Corruption Bureau were asked.
- It also became known that Prime Minister Denis Shmigal wrote a letter in the name of Chernyshov’s lawyer, in which he explained why the Viceremer should not be dismissed.
- On the day of his return to Ukraine, Chernyshov declared UAH 2.190 million expenses for lawyer’s services.
