Urgent investigative (search) actions aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the event and identifying the serviceman of the Russian Armed Forces involved in the crime are currently underway.
The prosecutor’s office recalled that killing prisoners of war is a gross violation of the Geneva Conventions and qualifies as a serious international crime.
