The head of the city military administration, Yaroslav Shanko, also reported that due to enemy shelling of Kherson at approximately 1:00 p.m., an employee of one of the utility companies of the Kherson City Council was injured.

He added that a 60-year-old man was hospitalized with a mine-explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to the back.
