Radio technology specialist Serhii “Flash” Beskrestnov, who became the adviser to the Minister of Defense Mikhal Fedorov on technological areas, stated about the probable use of satellite Internet by the Russians Starlink on the “Shakhed” strike aircraft.

Details: Beskrestnov noted that these “Shakheds” flew almost above the ground on manual control so that they could not be seen by the radar.

What preceded: On January 15, “Flash” reported that for the first time the fact of controlling a Russian BM-35 drone via the Starlink satellite internet was recorded. According to him, previously the use of Starlink was fixed only on Russian UAVs of the “Molniya” type.

“It’s only a matter of time before the Shaheds fly to Starlink. Maybe even days, not months,” Flash noted at the time.
