On the evening of November 11, the Russian military struck Kharkiv twice, using a ballistic missile and a Grim-1E hybrid missile.
This was announced by the Mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov.
Terekhov clarified that the blows fell on two districts of the city — Kholodnohirskyi and Novobavarskyi.
At the moment, there are no reports of casualties, emergency response services are checking the impact sites.
“Preliminary information indicates the use of a ballistic missile and a hybrid missile “Grim-1E,” Terekhov noted.
Russia first presented the Thunder missile in 2015, presenting two versions:
— Grim-E1 is equipped with a jet engine;
— Grim-E2 is equipped with an additional warhead.
This ammunition is a hybrid of a missile and a gliding aerial bomb, created on the basis of the Kh-38, and is capable of hitting targets at a distance of up to 120 kilometers.
The Russians attack Kharkiv with anti-aircraft guns almost every day. Yes, on November 10, the flight happened in the forest belt. According to Terekhov, there were no casualties or damage.
At the same time, Bild correspondent Björn Stritzel said that the Russian army has recently started targeting supermarkets in Kharkiv.
