The Russian soldiers struck in the center of Kramatorsk in Donetsk after 4 pm, said Oleksandr Goncharenko, head of the city military administration.

“Kramatorsk suffered a hostile blow – the central part of the city,” the head said, adding that there were “victims.”

Subsequently, the chief of Donetsk Ova Vadim Filashkin said that at 14:15 the forces of the Russian Federation had dropped the airbag on a high -rise building in Kramatorsk.

β€œIt is known about one dead person and 11 wounded. People can be held under the rubble. Now the authorities, police units, SES. All the wounded were provided with qualified medical care, ”said the head of Ova.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
