The Russian occupiers continue to seize property in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, now planning to take not only premises, but also land plots.

It is reported that in addition to the register “ownerless” premises, the occupiers have already begun to create a similar database for land plots, starting the process of their appropriation from local residents living in the occupied territories.
““Land plots intended for individual construction or personal farm management will begin to be confiscated from their owners on March 1, 2025, if no construction has been carried out on them during the past two years,” the Central Bureau of Statistics notes.
The procedure will be as follows: if the supervisory boards determine that the plot remains idle for two years, the owner will automatically lose the rights to the land. How it will be determined “involvement” has not yet been specified.
The Central Intelligence Agency also added that the occupiers continue to conduct raids on the occupied territories, discovering premises that do not have owners or have not been re-registered according to Russian laws.
“All this is done to satisfy the needs of the Russian occupiers,” the Central Committee of the Central Committee of Ukraine emphasized.
