In 2023, the then permanent representative of the President of Ukraine to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Tamil Tashev, stated that Ukraine did not intend to recognize acts that violate human rights or states. These include decisions on “nationalization” or confiscation of property, on the establishment of inheritance.
