The Russian Federation attacked with “Daggers”, “Iskanders” and anti-aircraft missiles: anti-aircraft defense neutralized 30 missiles and 585 drones

On the night of December 6, the Russian invaders launched a combined attack on the objects of critical infrastructure of Ukraine using attack UAVs, air-, sea-, and land-based missiles.

In total, the Air Force’s radio-technical troops detected and escorted 704 air attack vehicles – 51 missiles (17 of them “ballistic”) and 653 UAVs of various types:

• 653 strike UAVs of the Shahed, Gerber type (unmanned aerial vehicles of other types), more than 300 of them are Shaheds;
• 3 Kh-47M2 “Kinzhal” aeroballistic missiles;
• 34 Kh-101/Iskander-K/Kalibr cruise missiles;
• 14 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles.

According to preliminary data, as of 10:00 a.m., anti-aircraft defense shot down and suppressed 615 air targets:

• 585 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerber type (unmanned aerial vehicles of other types);
• 29 Kh-101/Iskander-K/Kalibr cruise missiles;
• 1 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missile.

Missiles and 60 strike UAVs were hit at 29 locations, as well as downed (debris) at three locations.

The air attack was repulsed by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, units of EW and unmanned systems, mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

The attack continues, several enemy UAVs are in the airspace.
