“The occupying authorities of Crimea announced another “nationalization” of property, this time seizing the assets of world boxing champion Oleksandr Usyk and another 84 individuals and companies accused of supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine”, — write: www.radiosvoboda.org
“Today, the list of nationalized property was replenished with the property of another 84 individuals and legal entities who cooperate with Kyiv and at the same time earn money in Crimea that goes to support the Ukrainian Nazis. Among them is athlete Oleksandr Usyk, who is a supporter of Nazi ideology. He repeatedly condemned the SVO and organized fundraising for the needs of the Armed Forces,” Konstantinov wrote.
In addition to Usyk, Konstantinov mentioned that “nationalization” also included:
- Ihor Franchuk is a Ukrainian businessman and politician, People’s Deputy of the II-IV convocations. Since 2018, he lives in mainland Ukraine, holds the position of vice president in the “Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs” and is an adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine. In Crimea, he owns the companies “Lilaste” LLC, “Crimean School “Tescao” LLC.
- “Tavrida-Plaza” LLC is a company that is part of the Ukrainian “TMM” group, which manufactures drones and airplanes.
- PJSC “Mine named after O.F. “Zasyadka” is an enterprise whose shareholders include the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
- Property of Ukrainian military and volunteers, including Mykhailo and Kostyantyn Novoseltsev, Yehor Tkachenko (fighter of the Kholodny Yar brigade), Yevhen Babich (colonel of the Ukrainian Air Force).

The Ukrainian side has not yet commented on these reports.
Against the background of the full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the Russian authorities intensified the process of seizing property. In 2023, Konstantinov announced the “nationalization” of more than 2,500 objects. This list includes the assets of businessman Ihor Kolomoisky, the building of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, and the apartments of the wife of the President of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska.
In the summer, Konstantinov said that the Russian authorities in Crimea sold “nationalized” property worth more than 2.2 billion rubles at auctions in the first half of 2025.
Ukraine and the international community consider these actions as illegal appropriation that violates international law. Kyiv has repeatedly emphasized that after the return of Crimea to the control of Ukraine, all acts of “nationalization” will be annulled, and the property will be returned to the owners.
