Details: According to the head of the OVA, a private two-story house caught fire in the Vyshgorod district due to an enemy attack. A woman born in 1949 died.

Three more people in the same area were injured by shrapnel. This is a man born in 1975, a woman born in 1976 and a girl born in 2009. It is noted that all the victims were given medical assistance on the spot.
Two private houses were also damaged in Obukhiv district: windows were broken, facades and roofs were damaged.
The OVA noted that the enemy attack is continuing and urged residents to stay in safe places.
What preceded:
- On the morning of December 23, a large-scale air alert was announced throughout Ukraine. Russian troops are carrying out a combined attack using cruise missiles and attack drones. In Kyiv and the Kyiv region, as well as in Ivano-Frankivsk region, the work of air defense is reported.
