The Russian army dropped six aerial bombs on a medical facility in Berislav on the evening of January 25, the regional military administration (OVA) said in a statement.

“Last night (January 25 – ed.) Russian troops attacked Berislav from aviation,” the press service said.

According to OVA, “the occupiers dropped six guided aerial bombs on the health care facility.”

“The hospital staff managed to hide in the shelter. Previously, several medics suffered concussions,” the administration added.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles. At the same time, Russian troops often strike repeatedly when rescuers and medics are working on the spot.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
