The Russian military court condemned a 24-year-old man to 13 years in prison in treason and an attempt on a terrorist attack. The decision of the Second Eastern District Military Court on Elijah Katukia writes the media.

For the first two years, the man will be in prison, for another 11 years – in the colony of the strict regime. He was also appointed a fine of 100 thousand rubles.

Publicly not reported about the case of Katukia. The details of the process are also not specified.

The Russian was registered with Yoshkar-Oli, studied at the Tomsk Political University, writes the newspaper with reference to the leak from the databases. Katukia was included in the Russian List of Terrorists in December 2024.
