“The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced a new function in the “Reserve+” application, which allows conscripts to receive notifications about the sending of paper summonses by mail, in order to be aware of changes in their own status in a timely manner and avoid misunderstandings”, — write: www.radiosvoboda.org
“In the application, it became possible to turn on the notification that the TCC and JV sent a paper summons by mail. This function will help conscripts to be aware of their status, avoid misunderstandings and prepare to receive a registered letter via Ukrposhta, the Ministry of Defense informs.
The notification in Reserve+ is not a summons, it is exclusively an informational message, its receipt or reading is not considered to be served, the military clarifies.
The function is voluntary – the user can turn it on or off in the application menu at his own will. The notification specifies the date and time when it is necessary to appear at the TCC and SP.
Also, “Rezerv+” already sends push notifications about events related to military registration: submission and withdrawal from wanted, violations of military registration rules and fines, updating Reserve ID, updating and receiving data, receiving a postponement or reservation, receiving an electronic referral to the Military Medical Commission (MMC).
After the start of the Russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, martial law was introduced and general mobilization was announced. It is carried out by territorial centers of recruitment and social support.
