The Prosecutor’s Office reports that the Kupyansk was killed because of Russian attack

The Russian armed forces struck the Kupyansk aviation strikes after 4 pm on May 2, according to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office on the evening on Friday.

The attack on the city has damaged a number of households and farm buildings, declares the department.

“The body of a dead man has been thawed from the rubble of one of the houses. Previously, there is another man under the rubble. Search and rescue work is carried out taking into account the security situation in the city, ”the message reads.

The prosecutor’s office adds that law enforcement officers seized the fragments of the aviation ammunition from the place of death of civilian. It was previously established that the Russian army used Fab-1500 from a unified planning and correction module.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
