Details: The Central Committee of the People’s Republic of Ukraine with reference to Pechersk RDA writes that from October to December 2025, eight employees of the Prosecutor General’s Office received warrants for official apartments, including prosecutor Oleksandr Ganilov, who represented the prosecution in court against NABU detective Magamedrasulov and signed an agreement with People’s Deputy Fedor Khristenko, who had returned from the UAE.

The CPC notes that in response to the request of Deputy Anastasia Radina, the OGP reported that the area of the apartment provided to Ganilov in Pechersk by the order of Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko of November 28, 2025 is 110 square meters.
“We at the CPC consider this a ‘thank you’ to Ganilov from Prosecutor General Kravchenko for his work in the case against Magamedrasulov. It is significant that Kravchenko signed the order on the allocation of official housing the day after the prosecutor’s office referred the agreement with Khristenko to court,” the CPC says.
At the same time, the Prosecutor General’s Office refuted the claims of the Central Committee, noting that housing was provided to 8 employees of the prosecutor’s office in accordance with the requirements of the law, according to the decision of the housing commission and according to a single procedure that has been used for many years and does not take into account the procedural activities of prosecutors.
As explained in the OGP, some employees were in the queue for official housing for more than ten years and had the social grounds for obtaining it provided by law. Among them, in particular, Ganilov, who was in the queue for housing for 11 years since 2014, the father of 5 children.
“In such cases, we are talking about the realization of a right guaranteed by law, and not about any form of encouragement,” the message says.
“Why such a large area? Probably because Ganilov is the father of five children. However, his wife and children live in Kalush, Ivano-Frankivsk region. This is also indicated in the court ruling on the drunken driving of the prosecutor’s wife Natalya,” said the message of the Central Committee of the Central Committee of Ukraine.
The OGP also emphasized that the procedural activities of prosecutors, their participation in criminal proceedings or the results of such proceedings “are not provided by legislation as a basis for making decisions on the provision of official housing and are not taken into account when making them” and asked to separate facts from assumptions.
