Information appeared in some media about the cancellation of the seizure of the property of the former Minister of Energy and his relatives based on the decision of the Vyshgorod District Court of the Kyiv Region. We inform you that at the request of the prosecutors in another criminal proceeding, this property – money, jewelry, land plots and real estate objects – has been seized
It is noted that the re-seizure of the property took place within the framework of the investigation of criminal proceedings regarding the possible illegal issuance of special permits for the use of subsoil by officials of the State Geology and Subsoil Service of Ukraine, which at that time was headed by the mentioned ex-high-ranking official.
