- President Volodymyr Zelenskyi announced that he appointed Budanov as the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine instead of the dismissed Andriy Yermak.
- Budanov himself said that he accepted Volodymyr Zelenskyi’s offer to head the Office of the President and considers it an honor.
- The interlocutor of “Ukrainian Pravda” in Zelenskyi’s team said that the Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service Oleg Ivashchenko will probably head the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense instead of Budanov.
