The country’s president also asked Fiala to ensure a smooth transfer of powers in all ministries so that the new government could start working for the benefit of citizens as soon as possible. Fiala thanked the president for his cooperation.

“We will do everything possible to ensure that the change of government takes place smoothly, smoothly and with maximum dignity,” he said.

According to Pavel, the outgoing government took over the imaginary baton at a difficult time. Among other things, he recalled Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, which, in his opinion, led to an unprecedented migration and energy crisis. He is convinced that the government has handled the risks in this situation very well.

On November 3, Babisha’s ANO, “Freedom and Direct Democracy” (SPD) and “Automobilists for themselves” signed a coalition agreement.

After that, the new composition of the House of Representatives, elected in the elections on October 3-4, gathered in the Czech Republic for its first meeting.

On November 5, the lower house of the Czech parliament, the Chamber of Deputies, elected Tomio Okamura, the leader of the right-wing populist party SPD, as the speaker, which should be part of the future government coalition.
