It is noted that he is charged with creating and participating in a criminal organization, using funds obtained from illegal drug trafficking, illegal acquisition, storage, transportation for the purpose of selling psychotropic substances, illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation or forwarding of precursors, maintaining places for illegal manufacture of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues (Part 1, 2 of Article 255, Part 1 of Article 306, Part 1-3 of Article 307, Part 4 of Article 28, Part 3 of Art. 311, part 4 of article 28 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, the drug business was organized and controlled by a native of Kyiv. Eight more residents of Kyiv, Kyiv, Khmelnytskyi and Mykolaiv regions helped him.
The laboratory was set up in the capital, its capacity allowed to produce from 1 to 3 kg of methadone and amphetamine per day. All the necessary equipment and components of the plot were ordered on a specialized website,

Law enforcement officers detained the organizer and members of the criminal organization in accordance with Art. 208 of the CPC of Ukraine.
