Kyiv police have identified four more participants in the scandalous incident, where one of the young men probably stepped on the flag of Ukraine.

Details: In addition, in relation to all minors, the police sent appeals to guardianship and guardianship bodies, educational institutions, and children’s affairs service to check the conditions of upbringing of teenagers.
The police filed administrative reports against the parents of four of them under Article 184 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (failure to fulfill the duties of raising children by parents or persons replacing them).
What preceded:
- On January 10, a video appeared on Telegram channels with the participation of a group of young people who block traffic on the streets of Kyiv for their own entertainment and also listen to Russian music. Kyiv police have identified the participants in the video.
- On January 12, the police searched the residence of two minors who appeared in scandalous videos. Six residents of the capital, aged from 14 to 17, turned out to be “bloggers”.
