The police of the Kherson region are investigating the murder of a 76-year-old man in the city of Tavriysk by the Russian military in 2022 for refusing to cooperate with the occupation authorities.

As reported by Ukrinform, the investigative department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kherson region reported this in Telegram.

“A crime committed by the Russian military is being investigated, and for this we need your help,” the message reads.

As noted, we are talking about the time period from November 18, 2022 to December 20, 2022. Soldiers of the occupying forces of the Russian Federation in the city of Tavriysk, Kakhovsky District, inflicted numerous bodily injuries on a 76-year-old local resident in his own house on Sagaidachnogo Street, as a result of which the man died. As it is emphasized, this happened due to the Ukrainian’s refusal to cooperate with the occupation authorities.
