Details: The Pentagon signed a contract with the Belgian company Sabena Aerospace Engineering.

The agreement provides for maintenance of F-16 aircraft and engines, as well as support in the management of technical and material support for Ukraine.
The works will be carried out in the Belgian city of Voluve-Saint-Lambert. According to the contract, the work will be completed by January 28, 2029.
Let me remind you:
- In May 2025, it became known that Romania and the Netherlands will create a joint center on the training of Ukrainian F-16 technical personnel.
- In the same month, they wrote that the Netherlands had sent the last batch of 24 F-16 fighter jets destined for Ukraine.
- In May, the United States approved the sale of equipment to Ukraine for the F-16 for $310 million.
