Literally: “The appeal regarding the commission of a crime, which came from citizen Shabunin, was considered by the executors yesterday – December 23, and today – December 24, according to the results of the review, information was entered into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations regarding the facts of the commission of criminal offenses provided for by Article 182 Part 1 (Violation of Privacy – Ed.) and Article 387 Part 2 (Disclosure of Data operative investigative activity, pre-trial investigation – ed.) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

What preceded: Vitaly Shabunin, head of the Anti-Corruption Center announced that he filed a complaint with the court against Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko due to the refusal to register a criminal complaint regarding his intimate photos deleted from his phone.
