The OGP does not disclose the name, but apparently it is about the collaborator Oleg Morgun.

The court established that after the capture of Mariupol, he accepted the offer of the occupation authorities of the Russian Federation in January 2023.

Literally: “The sentence was passed in the order of special court proceedings (in absentia), as the accused is hiding from justice in the occupied territory.

The court sentenced him to 15 years of imprisonment with confiscation of all personal property, and also deprived him of the right to hold positions in state and local self-government bodies for a period of 10 years.”

We will remind: The occupiers appointed Morgun “mayor” in January 2023. Prior to that, the “head of the city” was the collaborator Kostyantyn Ivashchenko.

Blinker in 2017 was sentenced to 11 years in prison for participating in the terrorist organization “DNR”, but escaped to the occupied territory.
