According to him, there was a driver inside the car, who was quickly evacuated and handed over to the emergency services, but it was not possible to save him. He died from his injuries. “The deceased is a serviceman. The reasons for the explosion must be established by investigative bodies, but it is obvious that the possibility of sabotage cannot be ruled out,” Razvozhaev wrote.
