According to him, the most common cause of road accidents with victims and dead is the excess of allowed speed of movement: “This is almost 40% of the accident. There are also frequent violations of the rules of maneuvering, crossing, pedestrian crossings and management in a state of intoxication.”

Biloshitsky added that the most accident in the country is the following regions: Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk and Kyiv regions. He noted that it should be borne in mind that it is very densely populated areas where the number of cars is much higher.
