The decision on the purchase in the National Guard will be made by a single commission at the level of the Main Directorate, the already concluded contracts will undergo an audit, only officers with experience in providing units on the forefront will be involved in the procurement.

• NABU and SAP recently reported the exposing of a corruption scheme when purchasing UAVs and the means of the IP, which feature the current people’s deputy, heads of district and city military civil administrations, servicemen of the National Guard. According to the investigation, the scheme was to conclude state contracts with enterprises-suppliers at deliberately inflated prices.
• On August 5, the investigating judge of the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court applied to the head of the military unit of the National Guard of Colonel Vasyl Mishansky, who is suspected of purchasing the RB and UAV, a measure of restraint – detention with an alternative to a pledge in the amount of UAH 2 million.
