We understand the difficulties faced by people who left their homes. Forced migrants who spend more than 20% of their income on housing rent will be able to apply for a subsidy, and the state will partially compensate them for these costs
He also added that the government will compensate landlords for part of their income taxes on the condition that an apartment or house is officially rented out to internally displaced persons under a contract. Housing rental subsidy for IDPs will now be valid in all regions.

The Cabinet of Ministers additionally allocated UAH 393.77 million for the National Cashback and Winter Support programs. Funds are redistributed due to the reduction of expenditures on industrial parks and demining.
