Before that, the suspects argued with other men. After a verbal dispute with the military, the boys dumped him to the ground and began to beat their hands and feet.
The video of the incident was recorded by eyewitnesses.
The pre -trial investigation is ongoing, it is carried out by juvenile investigators of the Dnipro police department of Kiev under the procedural guidance of juvenile prosecutors.
The court has sent a petition for the election of all the suspected precautionary measure in the form of house arrest.
The sanction of the article, which is charged with minors, provides up to 4 years in prison.
