Among the published GUR names:

GUR noted that the materials obtained were sent to national and international justice mechanisms to bring the perpetrators to justice.
As reported in the General Directorate of Intelligence, from February 24, 2022 to August 31, 2025 was recorded:
- 2 354 Rosia launches of rockets X-555/X-101/X-55cm from Tu-95MS and Tu-160 aircraft;
- 321 Starting of winged rockets X-22/X-32 from TU-22M3 aircraft;
- 171 Launching aerobalist missiles “dagger” from MiG-31K/i.
“These strokes were directed in civil infrastructure: hospitals and maternity hospitals, educational establishments, apartment buildings, power plants. As a result of rocket terror, thousands of civilians were injured and injured, and large -scale destruction of civilian objects was inflicted, ”the message reads.
Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.
The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.
Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
