The Board for Consideration of Complaints in the Field of State Registration at the Ministry of Justice, as stated, received a complaint from the Ministry of Defense about the change of the head of SE “Defense Procurement Agency”.
“On January 31, 2025, according to the results of the consideration, a decision was made to cancel the registration action No. 1000691070009047779 of 29.01.2025 on the change of the head of the SE” Defense Procurement Agency “, – the message reads.
According to the results of consideration of the complaint of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Justice, as reported, made the following decisions:
1. Corrected technical error in the Unified State Register, resulting in:
- Zhumadilov AK Receives the status of a representative of the SE “Defense Procurement Agency” with restrictions: “Temporary performance of the duties of the director at the time of official investigation”.
- Bezrukova MV Keeps the status of a manager, but with a restriction: “Removed from the performance of official duties for the duration of the official investigation.”
2. The registration action dated 29.01.2025 was canceled, which made changes to the management of the enterprise.
