Due to the lack of a public response from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, on July 1, Filatov published a re -appeal in which he asked Klimenko five questions, in particular:
“1. Why, if there are identical grounds, I, as a citizen of Ukraine and the mayor of the million city, was not, unlike the People’s Deputy Buzhansky, warned that the suspect in the murder of Farion has a dossier against me?
2. Why did the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine not informed me after receiving this information during the pre -trial investigation or after attempted on Sergei Sternenko?
3. Why should I know the information from the journalists who participated in the court hearing and not from law enforcement officials?
4. Would your subordinates personally informed if you were a dossier on your name in your phone’s phone? How would you act in this case? Do you not think that in the MIA system you have been in charge of double standards?
5. If you just had to find out about the existence of such a dossier only with the media, how would you act relative to your subordinates – given the fact of the attempt on Sternenko? ”
