Details: During a briefing, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was asked if Ukraine was transmitted by the United States to Russia’s Energy Armistice.

According to Tykhoi, Ukraine officially transmitted a list of violations, not just through the media.
“We believe that these partial truce, ceasefire, they are to put it mildly, are problematic and that is why the full, unconditional ceasefire is needed,” he added.
