“At the beginning, when Russia began to use (North Korean. – Ed.) Ballistic missiles more than a year ago, they were very inaccurate. And now they have become much more accurate. And this is because they test them in Ukraine and make them more effective,” the quiet explained.
According to him, Ukraine calls for increased international pressure on regimes in Moscow and Pyongyang, “and the international community has more tools to press on these modes and not to give them access, for example, Western technologies.”
