““About 110,000 residents still remain without heating””, — write: www.radiosvoboda.org
“Currently, 934 residential buildings, 11 health care facilities, including Kryvorizka City Hospital No. 16, where an inpatient works, 43 educational institutions, as well as the territorial center of social protection remain without heat in the city. These are about 110,000 residents who still remain without heating,” the message reads.
The Ministry of Development reported on the evening of November 21 that First Deputy Minister Vasyl Shkurakov held a meeting on heat supply in Kryvyi Rih. According to the results of this meeting, he instructed to prepare an emergency plan for the restoration of heat supply for all subscribers as soon as possible.
Control over solving the problem with heat is entrusted to the Ministry of Development, JSC “Naftogaz”, Dniprovsk OVA, and the city government.
The ministry added that the State Emergency Service together with local authorities are ready to deploy additional points of inviolability if the need arises.
The Russian military regularly attacks the Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, missiles, anti-aircraft missiles, anti-aircraft missiles – and, in particular, attacks on Kryvyi Rih.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
