In January-July 2025, the Defense Defense Defense Agency of Ukraine has supplied more than 1 million FPV-oules in January-July 2025. In total, more than 2 million FPV-ames have already registered AOP, the AOC reported, reports the Defense Office.

The director of the agency Arsen Zhumadilov noted that the transfer of a million FPV-oules is an important stage, but not the final.

“We have launched additional tools for mass supply of UAV. These are framework transactions in the ProZorro and Dot-Chain Defense. The latter allows the units to choose the necessary drones on their own. We work for the armed forces to receive quality UAVs at the expense of the state budget,” he said.

IU added that to ensure further increase in supply, AOP has launched new approaches to purchases. Among them are framework agreements based on the tactical and technical characteristics and weapons marketplaces Dot -chain Defense.

The Defense Ministry explained that these framework agreements allow to contract manufacturers not by specific names of products, but by compliance with their drones for TTC requirements.

“This allows you to attract a wide range of manufacturers to the procurement process, to ensure competition between them and transparency by conducting bidding at ProZorro,” the department said.

It was added that the Dot-Chain Defense IT system enables the military to choose UAV on its own, as in Marketplats. This provides targeted and fast delivery of drones to the front. Currently, the digital platform operates in the pilot mode, where 12 combat crews are ordered by the drones they really need.
