When asked when it will be possible to apply online for payments to families due to the death of a serviceman, Chernogorenko answered: “These payments concern the families of our servicemen, first of all. We have now implemented the ability to confirm the status of the family, because in order to verify the applicant and to understand the connection between the serviceman and the family, it is necessary to find a legal framework marital status, if it is a wife and the fact is recorded. This is a high priority.”

Chernogorenko noted that the back office is being digitized for this opportunity.
