The Ministry of Defense: in the “Reserve+” application, they began testing electronic referral to the VLK

The Ministry of Defense has begun beta-testing of electronic referrals for passing the military medical commission (MMC) in the “Reserve+” application, the ministry’s press service reported on January 23.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the new service works as follows:

The user sends a request via “Reserve+”.

The head of the TCC confirms the request.

The user receives a notification with all the necessary information: the registration number of the referral, the address of the medical institution, the signature of the head of the TCC.

First of all, referrals will be able to be generated by citizens who themselves wish to pass the VLK. But later this opportunity will appear for people who received a paper summons to pass the commission, say the defense department.

“The purpose of beta testing is to test the operation of the new service together with Rezerv+ users and to improve it before the full launch. The next step will be the integration of the information systems of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Health,” the post says.

Starting in the fall of 2025, the application will be able to independently select a medical institution that has a contract with the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSHU) to undergo a suitability review, the Ministry of Defense promises.

On May 18, the law on mobilization entered into force. Among other things, it provides that all conscripts, conscripts and reservists aged 18 to 60 must update their data. You can update the data in the “Rezerv+” mobile application.
