The Ministry of Defense explained when booked consciences can be sent to VLK

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine explained that the military with the current deferral or booking is not sent for physical examination, except for individual cases”, – WRITE: www.radiosvoboda.org

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine specified that the conscripts with the current deferral from the conscription or booking were not sent for a medical examination by the Military Medical Commission.

It is reported that this is determined by the procedure of conscription citizens for military service during mobilization, for a special period, which is governed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Decree of May 16, 2024.

At the same time, IOU was called exceptions when possible:

  • in the case when the military is obliged with the current deferral from the conscription or reservation shall be accepted for military service under the contract;
  • were recognized as limited and re -examined (except for persons with disabilities recognized in accordance with the established procedure);
  • On their own, they expressed a desire to undergo a medical examination.

In January this year, the Cabinet of Ministers made a decision to introduce electronic referrals for the passage of the Military Medical Commission (VLK) for the military-the referral to the VLK can be generated by means of the Unified State Register of conscripts and to receive through the application “Reserve+”.
