Details: It is noted that in accordance with the separate order of the Minister of Defense No. 999/UJ of February 20, 2025, the payment is made by order of the commander of the military unit, which is issued on the basis of the following documents:
Advertising:
- extracts from the track recordings, copies of accounting cards, certificates of military service (work);
- copies of track cards;
- certificates made in the relevant form, in particular from the places of the previous service, on the direct participation of these servicemen in hostilities in the areas of their conduct, the absence (presence) of cases of liability and other special circumstances.

To confirm participation in hostilities, the following documents must be provided:
- combat order or order;
- a journal of hostilities or operational situation;
- combat reports;
- Report of the unit commander.
If a serviceman participated in hostilities in different parts, all certificates should be collected from each place of service, including the current one.
The military unit has the right to send appropriate requests, but to accelerate the process, a serviceman can also seek the certificates on his own.

The periods specified in this certificate cannot be used as a basis for calculating the remuneration, since they include both periods of direct participation in hostilities and other periods for which the payment is not provided. ”
Recall:
- On February 11, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the procedure of contracts for one year for volunteers aged 18 to 24 years, which provides for the receipt of 1 million hryvnias of one -time financial assistance.
- The Defense Ministry stated that volunteers aged 18-24, who joined the army even to the new terms of the contract, can also receive a million hryvnias.
- On March 24, President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the results of the contract for military personnel and its expansion were discussed in particular.
- On April 9, the Cabinet of Ministers expanded the opportunities in the framework of the experimental project “Contract 18-24” to the State Border Service and the National Guard.
- On April 12, Presidential Deputy Presidential Office Head Pavel Palis in an interview with “Bihus.info” reported that at present the number of people who signed contracts for joining the Defense Forces under the 18-24 program is less than 500 people.
